Flashpro calibration issue

Hey guys. So over the last year Ive sent about twenty datalogs and uploaded the returned calibrations to my ECU. I recieved a new calibration from Dom last night and now I am unable to upload ANY calibration to my ECU.
·I updated the software version as well as Dom upgraded his flashpro version to match mine, and resent his calibration. Flashpro only says its out of date because there is a newer beta version to install.
I've ran and uploaded calibrations fine on outdated versions all year.
·I reverified my registration with Hondata.
·ECU and flashpro connection are verified, password locked, and vehicle locked. All green checkmarks.
·I've tried opening calibrations directly from saved directory.
·I've put the key in and set the ignition to ON with the engine off.
·The only function I can do is record a datalog and upload/download/save a recording. Everything else is grayed out.
Does anyone see anything I am missing or know a solution to fix this issue?

also wanted to add that I scoured the Hondata help forums and I did not find a single post that had this same issue. I am really beating my,head against the wall with this issue.

Try doing a windows restore, maybe an update messed up a system file? Also undo the battery for a bit and reset the ECU that way; maybe it's just a glitch. Have you emailed HONDATA?

I will try this. I have not messaged Hondata. I figured it was something simple or innocuous setting that got flipped, but the longer this persists the closer I am to contacting them. Thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling flashpro, reinstalling and Not updating to the latest patch? Worked for me.

It had something to do with the patch iirc.

Spitballing here...

I believe I've had a similar situation. I seem to recall that the Hondata Manager software forces you to update if you're more than two releases behind the current version. I'm not sure if it disables features on the Flashpro but I know that it wouldn't let me use the computer software until I updated. The out of date version on your screenshot says 3.6.5 and it looks like there has been at least two releases since that version ( https://www.hondata.com/help/flashpr...tsnewtopic.htm ). I'd update to the newest and try again (and update the Flashpro firmware).

The Hondata forum might be useful. I've gotten direct answers to questions from them.
