We dont have headers.
as our heads are cast into the block.
instead, the exhaust exits into the primary cats. bank 1 and bank 2.

you can replace these cats with straight pipe, but depending on your state, you will/will not pass emissions.

these straight pipes, also known as pre-cat-deletes can be found here:

Not quite. The heads are not cast into the block.. they are separate components. I think what you meant to say is that the 3G TL does not have any exhaust manifolds, hence you cannot install headers in their place.

The exhaust manifold is cast with the cylinder head as one solid part. The TL engine is a V block, you have two main exhaust ports for all 6 cylinders. Each head has a primary catalytic converter (pre-cat).

You could do a Hi-Flow pre-cats w/ Hi-Flow Jpipe, or pre-cat deletes w/ Hi-Flow Jpipe.

Our XLR8 V2 J-pipe will pick up as much power as a typical V6 header would pick up: 10-15 hp and 15-20 tq.
