Exhaust crackle and pop

how can I get my 06 TL to crackle and pop louder when down shifting and shifting gears???

Step 1: Straight pipe your car (no cats)
Step 2: Buy Hondata
Step 3: Program Hondata for fuel overrun on decel.

Jokes aside this is basically your only option. This could be damaging to the engine as the unburnt fuel may wash away oil and cause damage to your piston rings. I'm pretty sure there should be a safe "window" to program an overrun where the AFR isn't insanely rich - it seems like Gintani has been able to do this with the BMW M3 E9X fuel overrun's. I'd suggest doing more research when tuning or getting intouch with someone who knows how to tune properly.
