Does "same pad, same rotor" mean same caliper fitment?!

i'll try to keep it concise because i'm half out of my mind right now.

this is the application chart I got when I searched for front pad+rotor set for 2007 TL base on EBC catalog.

now does that mean i cann order 08-10 accord front brake caliper (because i like shiny pistons but if anyone wanna rebuild both calipers for the price of 1 rebuilt one for me, PM me ) and expect OEM acura quality?
I'm asking the second question because
3G TL BASE caliper p/n =/ 03-07V6 08-10 accord caliper p/n
but 3G TL BASE rotor p/n = 03-07V6 08-10 accord rotor p/n
BUT when you look for big brake kit (rotora & stoptech)
3G TL BASE bbk p/n = 03-07V6 08-10 accord bbk p/n

if they were just same pads, i woudln't even think the calieprs would be same too but same rotor.. same bbk=probably same dimensions between hub and caliper bracket,,, so................. anyone????

ok so the actual part you're wanting is a new front caliper? And WHY are you needing it? And WHY are you not just buying the caliper actually listed for an 07 TL?

I'm sure they are really similar if not the same. A lot of the Calipers on the TL/Accord are the same and have been for many years. and you really think an Acura caliper is better than a Honda one? Pretty foolish when they've been made in the same damn factory for decades now.....

and what now about shiny pistons?

yes. i'm not. i just want to because i cbf cleaning the existing one for paint. because it says $350 something on acura parts website and honda says $100ish

i was guessing so. and no lol but thought they might have made acura ones stiffer since they cost thrice more, and pads # is apparently different for some reason (i looked at diagram and checked part numbers and no the $300 one's NOT brembo or is it the website buglitch?)
well yeah i never saw a honda car but i guess they'd have NIHSIN? or something that. that's what it says on mine.

and i like shiny

no i'm not gonna buy one anytime soon. was just curious doing brake job.
