Do you mean you're having trouble fully bleeding the system? Or is everything good?

I was having problems bleeding . Air kept getting into the system, come to find out the seals were completely blown out on the plunger for the CMC. How I even had a clutch pedal before all this truly baffles me. But after I replaced the CMC I had no issues bleeding the system out.
