Jaffe which Energy Suspension model bushings did you use?

www.energysuspension.com

Looks from that site like rubber bushings aren't that great. Their "upgraded" bushings are designed with grease fittings so you can grease it while it's on the car even.

I bought the Comptech RSB 22mm of course, did you use the greasable or non-greaseable, color, etc?

Did you notice no squeaking or any less thumping after the bushing upgrade?

This company makes other similar parts for other areas of our car.

Wondering if I should get these before I install my CT RSB that just arrived, what do you think?

Won an award at SEMA for innovation. Makes it easy to grease your RSB while it's mounted on the car, everyone must have the same problem over time and this solves it if you can easily pop a grease gun on the fitting and bam it's done, pretty cool.

Get better handling.
These Hyper-Flex polyurethane sway bar bushings offer great improvement to your steering performance. They make your vehicle's sway bar system much more effective--almost like adding a larger, higher performance sway bar! Economy, increased efficiency, and easy installation are just some of the reasons they are so popular. They come with heavy gauge brackets that feature a gold cadmium finish for long lasting good looks and strength.

Here's their part # for the one that fits the Comptech RSB.

None...just controls the squeaking and preserves the bushings.

huge to you! i just picked up a set.

Well Shad(from Comptech), I guess you don't need to call me back now.

I have had it with Comptech and their lackluster customer service.

They're supposed to be slightly stiffer/firmer. Also, not prone to breakdown like ones made of rubber are over time, so over time.... I was at my dealer on Sat and the Service Advisor said yes, they're better and stiffer, but also you degrade the soft luxury ride as a tradeoff a little, of course, those of us installing a CT RSB are looking for sportier suspension so wouldn't care.

Hmm strange,my CT RSB came with the harder "plastic" type bushings (I believe you're referring to them as the polyurethane ones) the kit did not include new bushing clamps though.Apparently the newer CT RSB's don't include them anymore and the originals are used instead.Same fit and and all.
The originals were rubber.
Anyways,JTso from the TSX forums(mod) installed mine and lubed them with a silicone based lubricant.Hopefully that'll hold up for along time.
