Driveability update after 1 week or 3/4 tank of gas...
-The mpg reading is at 25mpg at ~240 miles total. This was achieved with a balance of city and highway miles.
-I almost feel inclined to say the notorious surge issue has been diminished.
Still no post dyno results or video clips. I'll work on getting some results and clips in the upcoming weeks.

Under the hood update:
Took some more pics of the setup with the fujita filter and the gold foil. I've decided the headlight butchering is a no go! The duct that my friend sold me is a little bigger than i had hoped, and it looks like it might inhibit the light output from the projector. I think i'm about to do what stillhere153 did and just cut a hole in the bumper.

ok the spacer was me bullshittin, but yeah if you get the p2r thermal gaskets 2 for $50 (from excelerate), you'd reduce some temps under there, I'd suggest it

Assuming the water is already shut off to the throttlebody, the gaskets will make no difference.

Gaskets might help!
...did two runs with my friend with an ap1 s2000 with turbonetics single...i actually did lose this time! First run was 1st and 2nd gear sprint...about even. The next run was a 3rd gear pull...was about even. When mine rolled over into 4th the s2000 started running away. 4th gear in a 5AT is For the Loss.

OMP Prelude... If you try and move the fuse box under the strut bar it will open up a lot of room to work with the pipes. In doing so we were able to eliminate an acute right hand turn and used a 180 degree on ramp bend. Lookin forward to see what you're working on!

Eric, first off congrats in going where no man has gone before. The "Enterprise" certainly has a new look to here. Great job on the project.
Jim's got me fingered... I am a good guy, and would give ya the shirt off my back to help you with a project... ask the locals (ballinfizzle, jmbnova, leedog, etc.) and I do come across as a pompous know it all sometimes. My writing style sometimes overstates my demeanor.
As for the project... I dunno yet. Just cause it's bolted in doesn't make it a rousing success in my book. Even if it does nothing (as in does not inhibit performane), it's still a failure. Lots of places to leak, weight, cost... all for the interfooler look.
All we have to go on right now is Eric's ass dyno telling us the project was a success. No measure of pre/post intercooler IAT's, no HP gains, no pressure measurments, no back to back 1/4s, etc.
If you read through some of the older post on the Comptech HBP, what Eric describes in his performance gains is identical to what others have said when they installed the HBP. What he's describing is exactly what I expected him to say based on those other accounts.
Eric, show us the fastest 5AT out there. Or at least some metric that says you spent $1500 on something other than some sexy intake plumbing.

Typically, according to Spearco literature from a long time ago, power can be increased by a solid 20% with a good intercooler setup. My car picked up close to a second in the 1/4 from an intercooler. Before you say it's not the same car, the discharge temps are pretty close to the same.
