resonated is going to have less drone at highway speeds. i don't think the non-resonated has that much drone anyways, but some people prefer the resonated.

i dont know if the tone or loudness changes. i would imagine the resonated is slightly quieter, more mellow maybe

The resonator reduces the over-all loudness a tiny notch. For the most part, this exhaust isn't as aggressive inside the cabin, especially compared to the other systems available. The only system that's quieter would be the Comptech.
