ATLP exhaust
Can you guys give me info on where i can purchae an ATLP exhaust for my tls. Give sites other than Acuratlparts.com. THere are rumors that acuratlparts.com will stop selling the atlp exhaust if this is true where else can i get the atlp? and is it possible that they will make a new stlye atlp exhaust

well its all speculation for now. You can only get the ATLP Exhaust from AcuraTLParts.com. Unless you find a used on in the black market. Ya im curious to see what the new design is going to look like, if there is a new design.

Acuratlparts.com is the actual producer of the ATLP exhaust, and Mike basically only makes them to order; so you won't be finding it on any other site.
AcuraTLParts.com = ATLP
What I gathered from the other thread is that Mike will actually be discontinuing the Quad exhaust to work on other projects. He stated in his post that he mentioned when they were first being made that the TL-S Quad exhaust was a limited production run.

Full of water...
there is one being made that will fit the base models bumper instead of the type-s bumper, so no need to upgrade or mod the bumper if you own a base TL

does anyone know how to take off the 2004 acura tl exhaust tip? it seems that the square tips are permanent, and im looking to turn the square tips into quad tips like the 07/08 type s but i dont know to take off the tip

3 y'old thread ftw! But on the other side, you need a cutting tool to remove those tips. You can't really put the TL-S quads if you don't retrofit your bumper with a TL-S rear A-Spec. If you don't want to do that much work, just go to a muffler shop and ask them to weld you a custom quad tip that will fit the base bumper.

Does anyone know if the atlp mid pipe is different for the base model than the type sh awd. My buddy just got the atlp cat back but he has the awd and the stock mid pipe t's off after the cat and the pipes go around the drive shaft, the atlp mid pipe dosnt t off and come straight off from the cat and it seems like it's gunna hit the drive shaft does anyone know if their different or will it fit as it comes and won't hit the drive shaft? It's 3inch pipe
