Sadly no j pipe yet. For now, I have to choose between a new set if rims + tires and j pipe. Gonna go with the rims first then the j pipe later. But damn, I can't wait for those to come in.....

what rims and tires are u getting for 400??

I wish I can get rims and tires for 400. The rims I am looking at cost around 1500 with tires. In case you wonder what kind of rims, it's going to be Niche Venice 19" -

Yes. The race pipe replaces the 3rd cat, and you'll fail smog. But, all you have to do is put the 3rd cat back in when you get smogged! (Which shouldn't be for 5 years after your car was manufactured).
