AEM intake

I got a AEM CAI in my 04 TL, how often you suppose to clean the filter? really need help on this. I called aem but all they do is leave voice messages.

You can clean and re-oil the filter every 20,000mi.

yours was not a dry flow filter

I have a dry-flow filter. I have cleaned (and plan to clean) mine every six months or so.

^^^^^^ all filters need to be cleaned, dry flow just does not get oiled
