HOLY small pictures batman!!!

Looks awesome. what kind of radiator hose is that? Is it a flexible tube or a bended piece of aluminum?

Bigger and more pics can be found here: http://s1222.photobucket.com/albums/...ile%20Uploads/

The radiator hose looks to be a piece of mandrel bent aluminum.

On a side note, I'm amazed at the amount of revisions made to the piping. This is the 4th version of piping that I've seen pics of. I can only imagine that more exist.

EDIT: Also, it looks like you're going to have the same problems with finding a suitable air filter that I am. What are you planning to do to sort that out?

I just don't think I'll be able to find anything that kind of diameter and that sharp of a bend. On the side nearest to the fender, I have about 3/4" of an inch between the turbo inlet and the radiator support.

Awesome. And you're running the ATLP quads.

Looking forward to the dyno.

No matter what, you'll have to take a sharp bend right off the bat. Looks like the V1 version is the best so far for accommodating an intake.

If he truly is running an ATLP exhaust, he'll be changing it soon. Anything under 3" is just too small.

The problem is that the turbo piping isn't 3". I've got a set of ATLP quads as well, but I'll likely just replace the mid-section with something larger diameter. Once it splits, the dual 2.25" (or whatever it is) piping coming off of the mufflers should be able to handle it from there.

I've talked to numerous people concerning the ATLP exhaust, and Rodney agrees there should not be an issue with the current setup. If a problem does arrive, I will replace the mid section with 3in piping.

As for the filter on the turbo, rodney is working the issue....

My spooling improved with the unrestricted exhaust. I had 2.5 to the Y and 2.25 from there in my previous setup.

I'll have to check but I thought the piping from the turbo was all 3".

I am looking at getting rid of the quads too, but might just change out some of the piping if that would work. I love the look of the quads, But I think they too restrictive.

I talked to Rodney earlier, and he had an idea he is going to try. If it works, the quads will stay. Stay tuned. Also, the car should be up and running by this weekend. Rodney will send me a extended video of the tune. Once I receive it, I will post. I'll let Rodney elaborate on details.

^^^lucky bastard

I think at this point the quads or not the quads is not the point...You gotta think performance and to my knowledge a 3'' piping all the way without any restriction would be the best ....for sure if you'll be driving it in the street a muffler (2) would be needed....but then again lol

What do you mean? The J&R intercooler setup has been working fine for over a year now. It's a dual-pass system with ~2.5" piping going in as well as out. As far as I know, it's handled over 600+ hp at the crank.

Turbo Update,

The Turbo build for the auto TL-S is complete and tuning will begin on Friday and Saturday. Attached are some video's. Turbo boost is at 3psi right now with no tune. More videos of the tune will be uploaded this weekend. Also, Rodney has some minor fabrication work to finish like gauges etc.....Please feel free to comment....Enjoy.

^ He's not running a lot of boost. Once they're done, traction can be lost on demand.

Car will be tuned for 420-440 whp what we will be testing is capability to brake boost and if all works well ,and everything goes according to plan we will ask spade if we can go to the track for a few pulls and pick up from where libert left off as he made the effort back a few months in nj .......
