3rd Gen and 4th Gen TL Cat-Back the same?

Hey guys, sorry right away if this is in the wrong spot.

I have an '07 TL type S just wondering if a 2010 cat-back will bolt up!
I have looked at pictures and they appear to be similar... Just seeing if anyone actually knows for sure before I purchase!

My guess is that an ebay catback for a 4G is like 200 bucks, while even an ebay catback for the 3G is almost 500!

its not stock, a friend of mine has an ALTP exhaust for sale but its for a GEN 4 so i was just wondering.

AND your right ebay exhaust for gen 4 is very cheap for some reason...
not that i would ever put eBay anything on my TL
