Add a large wing spoiler and a bunch of performance enhancing stickers. Maybe some neon underglow too.

I have heard of guys who will actually dremel the bottom of their gas pedal and remove about 1/2 inch of material. This allows you to depress the throttle further when flooring it... adds about 10-35 horsepower.

You could also try a blinker fluid flush/swap.
