2006 j32 into a 2005 TL
 

Needing to verify compatibility. My 2005 tl 6mt rear head cam is seized in the head, smoked the timing belt. Long story.

I found 2006 J32 from a 2006 TL auto.

I know there are some different versions of this engine and that these two SHOULD be the same, but you guys are the experts. Will this swap without issue or is there some weird mismatch issue?

You could also put in a J35A6 out of the 05+ Odyssey (LX/EX only), it is literally a direct drop in per the thread below.
