hey you didnt specify money range. lol. BUT if you had to say value wise I would have to say personally I believe the underdrive pulley best, AEM CAI second best adn if you got a spare grand e-pro cats.

only performance mod i've done is the AEM cold air intake and am very pleased with the extra power and sound...it won't give you 30 horses, but makes a noticeable difference in acceleration...

hmm.. somebody said that the eshiftpro cats will NOT pass smog.. can someone please confirm???? I really hope it does.. I'm really thinking about getting it if it does pass. I would have to take it out every1-2 years just to smog and then put back on after passing smog. THnx

Take your pic, you want performance OR complaince? These are often two diametrically opposite positions.

The pro cats will not pass a thorough visual inspection, but they will pass the actual wand test. I have never seen a tech perform anything other than a glance type check and then proceed with the wand. I am in cali and I am not worried about it! It took me 3 hours to do the install, and if necessary i could go back to original, but I dont think that will be necessary. They are high flow cats, they allow the exhaust gasses flow much easier from the engine. virtually every other mod is on the intake side of the motor, this is the only way to really maximize the benefits of your intake side mods. They make a dramatic difference.

Nope, they shouldn't make the car louder, maybe slightly, because you aren't removing any other components of the car which are made to minimize how loud the exhaust is, resonator, muffler, or mid-muffler.

i this a cai and a ur underdrive pulley will give you some nice gains and you should be able to purchase both for $500.00 or less. I you have an extra grand buy the comptech exhaust with these mods you should notice some nice gains and can probally install them yourself.

comptech headers? i think the pro-cats are what substitute those since technically there are no headers on the TL??? the midmuffler delete would only apply to stock exhaust setups so there would be no need
