The long and short of it is the 3G TL is pretty well sorted straight from the factory, there really isn't all that much you can do for performance short of a very expensive supercharger or turbocharger application. Some folks like the look of lowering the car and putting huge wheels on it; both will reduce ride and handling performance, but if that's the look you'd like, go for it.

Other than a j-pipe and exhaust there are really no bolt on mods worth the while, like stated above this isn't the best platform for performance on a budget. That being said there are people on here that have boosted applications that make some great power. First question is it a manual or automatic? If it's an auto might as well just enjoy the car the way it is. Good luck

As everyone stated, bolt-ons will get you some HP/TQ but the only REAL big chances will be induction.

-Intake
-J-pipe
-Catback
-Cat Deletes
-High Flow Cats
-Pulley/Flywheel

+1 on the rear anti-roll bar.

If you have the base TL, then the TL-S 20 mm rear bar is a reasonably priced upgrade from your current 17 mm bar and was an even bigger one from the 13 mm bar my Accord had.

The XLR8 v2 j-pipe was the mod I felt them most, a close second was lighter wheels.
