XM Button not working with Dice after replaced Cord

I've had the Dice Electronic in my 2005 Acura TL for a few years and the ipod docking cable got cut accidentally. Order the replacement from Dice which is compatible and for my iphone & got installed.

Had the guy at the shop just remove the existing cable and replace it. When i plugged my ipod up I got no love. The XM button wasn't working. Figured some basic troubleshooting was needed.

Came home, disconnected the battery, put in my codes and still no luv to the XM button. Then i managed to get my hands on the Dice box, unplug everything and disconnect the battery again just in case and still no luv for the XM button. I looked through the forum and found the link at the bottom, but nothing is loose and i did it multiple times. Even ran the diagnosis and of course it said the XM was red/not connected. I am able to listen to the FM/AM radio along with the CD in the deck with no issue. That indicates the plug to the deck is working fine and the verified the connection to the Dice box and it's good.

Looking for help please...

Omari...i also have a 05 TL and having been thinking of getting the Dice media bridge, did you install it yourself or have it done somewhere? I also am wondering where would the cord that is connected to the media bridge come out from...the glove box?
