It's sometimes on a sticker in the glove box or under the fuse box cover under the hood. Unfortunately, mine didn't have it in either of those places. If you're the original owner, you might try getting the codes directly from Acura: https://radio-navicode.acura.com/
Otherwise, you'll have to take the serial number / VIN into the Honda/Acura dealership. In the meantime, you can temporarily enable your radio by pushing preset buttons 1 + 6 + the power button. Then press 2. You'll have to repeat that every time until you get the code entered.

Keep Right Except to Pass
As mentioned above, you can retrieve it through http://radio-navicode.acura.com. You'll need your VIN (you have that), your device serial number (you have that too), and a phone number and ZIP code "matching those on file" (I have no idea whether yours would match; if you bought your car used from an Acura dealer they might, otherwise they probably wouldn't, but if you bought it in a private transaction, i.e., directly from the prior owner, you might have this information already).
I do not know whether you can get around the "matching those on file" requirement by registering for http://owners.acura.com, registering your car there, and then waiting a few days, but it might be worth a try. Won't cost you anything, at least. I think it's worth registering just to have the convenience of online access to the owner's manual for the rare instances when you'll want it.
But I'd just go to the dealer if you need it sooner. Ms1995hoo bought her RSX used at Carmax and later needed the radio code and our Acura dealer gave it to her over the phone, so they can certainly do so if they choose.
