Question Where is the "Relay Control Module"?

I want to Replace the Relays for My HID Headlights.
Service Manual says the Relays are in the "Relay Control Module" which is supposed to be in the under hood fuse box. Can't Figure Out where it is located in the fuse box and how to remove it. Any help appreciated.

Lightbulb The Relay Control Module is part of the Under Hood Fusebox

The Relay Control Module is part of the Under Hood Fusebox, it must be replaced as an entire unit. I wrote Acura. The local dealer did not know, then I wrote Acura and they said consult a local dealer. I told them they did not know and finally they wrote me and told me.

It is stupid that the relays for many items are built into the fusebox when any normal car you would pull out individual relays and replace them. Acura is starting to get like German Cars, but they don't drive as nice as German Cars, so my next car may be German or American.
