What Disc To Buy - NAVI

I have a 2005 TL, I promise not to call it a HONDA. I would like to know what is the current disc version I can safely use ? What do the colors mean ?

you will need a 3.xx disk. The newest version is 3.71 and you can buy it from acuranavi.com as far as color, its a method of helping to identify the version you have, black is 2.xx, orange is 3.xx and white is 4.xx

I am also looking for a nav disc for my 2005 TL....I am very close to ordering the 3.71 one from acuranavi.com but I want to know is there another one coming out soon, like 3.80 or something, I dont want to spend money on the 3.71 if there is another one coming out soon. I want to call alpine themselves but based on what I have read it doesnt seem like they are much help anyway...

there is normally an annual update that gets released around oct november
check the website and it will tell you what cities have updates- so you know if last years is a good deal when they offer it for $50 dollars off- that happens just before they release the new one
They are about $200 for the disc- no you cant use another color or year or car model- they thought of that and intend to make money.....you do the $200 math

for that one-- you need to call alpine electronics and find out from the maker if its a crossover on international cars

I think about it... I am downloading Honda Acura GPS Navigation DVD Ver. 4.63.
Will work on:
2006-2008 Honda Accord
2005-2008 Honda Odyssey
2006-2008 Honda Pilot
2005-2008 Honda Ridgeline
2005-2008 Acura MDX
2007-2008 Acura TL
2006-2008 Acura TSX
2007-2008 Acura RDX
2005-2008 Acura RL

You think that mean USA 2006-2008 Honda Accord?

I was looking for the same. I found that 2004 to 2006 use the 3.xx (orange) discs and the newer TLs (07 and 08) use the 4.xx version. There are torrents out there for the 4.xx version but not for 3.xx.

I would wait for the new version to come out probably in November.
