TL Keyfob question

I have a '05 TL, lost one of my key fobs (memory 1)...I've been looking to replace it and have seen quite a few used ones on EBay for a much cheaper price than new from dealership.
The question I have is...can a used keyfob (of the same part/fcc id number) be reprogrammed to work with my car? And if so, is it just as easy to reprogram as a new one?
Also, when I program that one, do I need to reprogram my existing, memory 2, keyfob?

Thanks

I bought my '06 TL used and it came with a couple of extra key fobs. I took it to a locksmith (before I found about AZ!) and they reset my key fobs using this exact method. it cost me $40 for them to do what I could have learned here!

I just had to replace the #1 key fob for my 2006 TL. There's a seller on eBay that's offering new ones for around $40. The item number is 221135704089
