Hey guys, newbie here. I have a 08 base w/tech package and I really wanted to swap out the entire sound system with a direct swap. I've read a few posts here and there, but couldnt really find anything specific for the JBL 660GTI system. Anybody know if this system is any good, and what elseI might need for the sound system thats not included? Thanks in advance for any helpful info

I've never heard them but I've heard really good things about them. In that range, you will probably be happy with anything you get.

What are your goals and your preferences? Loud, sound quality, bright, mellow, etc. I always recommend Dynaudio, they are the most true to life I've ever heard and they handle tons of power like no other. But again, in the range you're looking at, they're all going to be good. The best thing is to try and demo them because everyone has difference preferences.

 

Well i just wanted something better than stock, that can get loud and not sound distorted. Something with good bass, and nice range. My price range is actually a lot below the retail value of that system but I can get it for fairly cheap. I was looking mostly into JBL and Infinity since I get employee discounts.
