Sound quality is poor after they replaced blue tooth
I love my 2008 Acura TL and listen to lots of music - I can tell when something is off. It turns out my blue tooth was pulling from my battery when the car was off. So, they replaced my bluetooth. Well, ever since then the sound quality for ALL music/sounds/calls/etc is poor. A bit crackly at high volumes. The dealer has no answer for it and dismissed it a bit but I can tell and it is pretty far off the quality I had. Please helP!!! thanks - Jason

I don't see how HFL (HandsFreeLink) would cause this issue. You can try removing the HFL and see if fixes the sound issue, if it does then the HFL is most likely bad or something.

The HFL does have a feedback into the speakers so it could potentially cause distortion. I would do as Kevin suggested. Just unplug it and see if it improves. It's very easy to unplug.

replacing the bluetooth was just a coincidence.
if sound quality sucks and is crackly at loud volumes, that's the amp. the amp is on it's way out.
to figure it out, i would do what Kevin suggested by pulling the Hands free link and seeing if it was the culprit, or if the crackly volume continues

I believe the ANC mic is near the HF, did they potentially unplug that?
