Sirius stiletto controlled by stock radio '08 TL Nav?

In the next few weeks I will be picking up an 08tl with nav. I have a sirius stilleto with lifetime subscription. Can I use the sirius HONSC1 to control it through the factory radio? Would also like to add an interphase and mount for iphone 4s, no idea where everything will mount. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I'm not sure what a Stiletto is, but from what I've understood from Sirius/XM, you cannot transfer your account to a different car. Your subscription is registered to your original car.

I'm not positive on this, but I do know about the Sirius/XM scenario.

The stilleto is a portable unit that I have a lifetime subscription for. Supposedly it can be controlled by some factory head units. I think I need sirius parts HONSC1 and SCVDOC1 to make it work, but cannot find confirmation that it will work with the 08tl head unit.

That'd be the only way. Good luck to you since the SCVDOC1 and HONSC1 have been discontinued for a few years now. That and all 3 of those items were known to have some reliability issues, so I wish you the best on your crapshoot.

I personally have the HONSC1 + SC-C1 Sirius adapter in my 08 TL-S and it's been working great for over a year now. Once in a while it freezes up and I do have to pull the radio fuse and reenter my code, but no big deal.
