Angry scratch on navi screen

I was quicky wiping the dust in my car the other day and scratched the navi screen. the scratch is pretty light and is close to the bottom edge of the screen. I was using a microfiber cloth (which I always use) but there must have been a piece of sand or pebble stuck in the fibers. so my question is: is there a cover that is over the screen that can be replaced or am I pretty much f*cked.

if u men a cover like the one for cell phones, then i would just get the one for the MDX and trim it or just look on ebay for one.
If u meant something to fix the scratch, then nothing i can say

Theres a film on the screen to eliminate glare. thats what's scratched. theres a thread that says how to remove it. i think then it will look like a normal tv screen, just glass. i'll see if i can find it
