Replace '04 Navi/Radio with '08 Navi/Radio
I bought my 2004 TL w/ Navi used. When I bought it the cd changer would no longer read disks. Recently the Nav system dvd player stopped reading the dvd. Since I am likely going to have to replace them if I want them to work, would swapping out with a 2008 system work? Are they compatible?
