^ I basically asked him where he bought the car and about the serial number. Told him it is best to simply go to the dealership and they will pull the code....

I just find it extremely suspicious to own a car for a few months, and all of this time without using the radio... I would of died on day 3. lol

 

I live in Brest. Nearest dealer of the honda is located in Minsk.
Some people was ask this dealer about codes but without any results.

About receive serial number:
To access the serial number, turn the radio on. It must display ‘‘CODE’’,then turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release. The serial number will appear in two sets of four digits.

Check the side of the glove box, or the fuse area... The sticker with the code is usually there..... The other way is to pay $30 to the radio-unlocking site...

AJ, you have dealership contact? From my understanding the car was shipped via container to Belarus...so yeah, no Acura dealerships there..

I have title of salvage of this car, know previous owner name and his zip. But I cannot find anywhere information about his phone number. I know his home address but it's not enough for receive radiocode here https://radio-navicode.acura.com/.

 

hey i had the same problem, if you open the glove compartment the codes should be on the side. its a white sticker and it has two sets of codes try both, i can't remember whick one it was. i punch mines in and it was unlock instantly

my car was also salvage and i had no radio for daysssssssssssss i was kiling Google for the codes, when I was reading a post when someone just laugh at another user when he said an acura dealership wanted him to take out the radio and he said where the codes was, i check i punch them in on my radio key pad and my car spoke to me and said "system unlock" i CD was in there as fast as he stop speaking

This guy really did exhaust all the options, his only bet is to find someone at the dealership, maybe someone has access here.... I did my research, all to no avail.

When I needed to look mine up on the Acura website I entered my phone number and zipcode and it told me they were wrong, even though they were listed in my Acura.com profile correctly. (I am the first and only owner)

After I got them wrong 3 times it just skipped that step and went to the SN# entry form. I put in the number and it worked fine.

before you spend money, look in these places for it:
Owner Manual
Service Manual
Side of glovebox
Top of glovebox
driver side (near floor) Fuse box cover
Under-hood fuse box cover

 

Tell you previous owner which dealer did he brought it from. Then give the dealer a call and the service guy will ask for your VIN number and they will give you the Navi and Radio code. I lost my code card and call the dealer. They have all the information.
