Is the radio Bluetooth compatible?

Motorola D650 Bluetooth Stereo Adapter for Apple iPod
Enjoy the freedom of wireless stereo music from your iPod with the Motorola D650 adapter. Sync your ipod with a Bluetooth enabled car stereo and cut the wires out of your life.

Is there a way to make the radio use Bluetooth or only just the phone?

Correct. The 09+ TLs have this, ours do not.
