No experience with installers in your area but perform a search for backup cameras etc. in the 3G TL "Audio/Electronics forum as well as the Black Market / Group Buys forum.
You can purchase an interface module for ~$150 and a nice 1/4 - 1/3 color CCD camera for between $100-$200. Bottom line, the install is all in the trunk and I would say a 5 on the 1-10 install difficulty scale. I received my interface module for $125 during a group buy a month or so ago here on Acurazine. This did not include the $100 "plug-n-play" cord due to the fact you can wire it in yourself with ease. I'm just waiting for my camera at this point.
Perform a search for the above. You should be able to find all the info you need. Especially if you consider installing it yourself.
Good luck
