Problems with Factory Audio/Speakers?

Recently, I've been noticing that at times, the speakers on my 06 TL go in and out. By this I mean that I'll have my volume up high and out of nowhere, I notice that the right side of the car gets quieter and it sounds like I just changed the EQ settings to be channeled to the left side of my car. This happens randomly and the full sound isn't there. I notice this only happens when I put my volume up high though.

Does this sound like an issue with the factory audio/speakers? Maybe my speakers can't handle the high volume but I heard that the TL sound system is amazing so I'm a bit confused. I'm thinking about bringing my car into the dealership and having them check it out. But I have a really good feeling that they're just going to say that everything's okay. I'm getting kinda worried cause this car is only 6 months old at most too.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

I haven't heard of any complaints about the volume fading. Since the car is under warranty, I'd let the dealer check it out. If the problem can be replicated while you're at the dealer, they'll have no choice but to diagnose the problem. Keep us informed on this.

Actually, it turns out that there WAS a problem with my radio unit. Apparently some amplifier wire in the back of the radio fused out and Acura ordered me a new radio (thank goodness for warranty!). But the story doesn't end here. After I got my new radio installed, the SAME problem happened again. This time when I took it to Acura to check it out they said that the same amplifier wire on the new radio came loose and wasn't secured in properly which was the reason why it was happening the second time. They secured the wire and since then I haven't had any issues.

This is definitely a heads up to anyone though if they ever experience the same problem.
