I know that my touch pro cannot import my phone book, but can I import my contacts from my old phone (a Samsung Alias for verizon) and still use my new phone? or do the contacts have to come from the phone I am using?

do you have navi? i was never successful with importing phonebooks... i paired my HTC Ozone successfully but not the phonebook...

I have the touch pro 2 and imported my phone book with no issues. But to answer your question.. yes.. I have my phone book and the wifes imported in the system and can dial from either one with no issues

Ok I'm a noob... How did you import the phone book? I have a Touch Pro 2 I was able to pair but no phone book... I have an 05 auto w/nav...

Once I paired the phone I ensured that my SIM was populated with my phone book and hit Import phone book and 30 seconds later it was there. I have a 07 type S

I also have a 05 auto w/nav TL and just got a Sprint Touch Pro 2 but can't seem to pair it. Can you explain how you got them paired? I searched from the phone and the car and neither found each other. Thanks for any help.

Make sure you have it in "discovery" mode (the phone that is)
