this is not a factory option and an aftermarket setup. i think someone way back when posted pics of this type of setup.

I was wondering the same thing, Its on my moms lexus (standard with the navi) and its a great feature to have, makes parallel parking seem like nothing.

I don't know if it can be retrofitted to the TL, but I know someone with a 2005 Acura MDX/NAVI and it has the rear view navi screen setup.

Forum user vsokolov does such an installation at his shop in Brooklyn, NYC. He quoted $700 installed with all parts and labor, cheaper than retrofitting the car with the Acura backup sensors.
