Buon giorno RJANACONDA, Crutchfield is actually a much respected store. I actually choose to buy locally (the expensive route) because I have access to local sales people and installers just in case I have a problem with my components. In addition, I know there are cheaper places to find products online, but if you want good service, Crutchfield is not a bad choice. I've actually been to their mega store in Charlottesville, VA. They have a huge selection of electronics. Good luck!

The other nice thing about Crutchfield, free shipping, and they send you any needed wire harnesses, or adapters needed according to your car choice, for free. Plus give you diagrams on installing the products in your car. Very very handy, and nice. There are many other respected online stores out there as well. The zeb, circuitcity, millionbuy, and elemental designs are all, I've had nothing but great service with. If you want to save money, online is the way to go. If you want to support local business, and local economy, that's understandable, however, you will probably pay more. A lot of places will price match some online stores. Check with them, and bring in a print out of a price to see if they will match.

BTW, my suggestion, go to elementaldesigns.com and check out their subs, boxes, box diagrams and forums. They have great subs that go low (below 20hz) and pound, yet, they are known for their SQ, and many are winning SPL competitions with them. They have fantastic support, and are very knowlegable! Great warranties, 3 years, Free shipping, great prices...check them out....I love mine!
