Ok guys...this is what I got so far
So Im trying to get everything done on the car, as far as DVD conversion is concerned. This is what Ive purchased so far:
USA Spec with y-adaptor
DVD player
and Im waiting for Dom's GB to end
Question I have for all is what am I missing? And With the USA Spec with the y-cable, do I still retain my XM radio? Im kind of a newbie when it comes to all this electronical upgrades on the car, so I appreciate all the help/comments from everyone.

Your gonna need:
15 foot of video shielded rca's
6 foot of audio rca's
electrical tape
crimpers
crimps, wire taps
screw drivers
wrench with I believe 10 mil or 12 mil sockets
a new switch unless your going to reuse DOM's
50 foot 18gauge wire threaded
25 foot 18 gauge dual threaded wire for the switch to be ran with
time and patience
I think you should be able to retain the xm, I don't know because it wasn't a big deal in my installation becaue I don't subscribe to xm.

I just finished mine this weekend. These are the things i used: (adding comments to Lembowski's post)
12 foot of video shielded rca (12 was a little long, but enough just in case you need some slack)
6 foot of audio rca (6' was definitely too long...could've use 4', but i couldn't find any)
RCA coupler
electrical tape
pinch connectors
butt connectors (only needed 1 to extend the power wire of the navi2dvd unit to the 12V outlet in the center console)
12' of 12-16 gauge wire to extend the powe wire
screw drivers (phillips head only)
wrench with I believe 10 mil or 12 mil sockets (you'll need a 10 mm -12 mm i believe. These are mosly for the removal of the rear seats)
a new switch unless your going to reuse DOM's
Depending on how clean you want your setup to look, i'd also suggest a dremel, a drill (with all size drill bits), and zip ties.
The y-cable does allow you to keep XM. I actually bought a Y cable from Acura. (From their music link)

For 18-guage Stranded wire, I recommend the package from Radio Shack that has Three Spools of 15 foot wire (Red, Green, and Black). The length and the different colors is perfect for running power and the switch to the front. Also, the Radio Shack Rocker Switch (as shown in several members install) is also the perfect size for the blank VSA slot. Pick up some Ground Terminals, Permenant Wire Crimps (aka pinch connectors), Zip Ties, and Shielded Quick Disconnects (for the Switch) while you are there. Also, you don't need a dremel, just a drill and some patience to make the switch fit.
