OEM Amplifier Spec? Anyone?

I want to hear just a tad more bass in my car so I don't want to do anything major. I was thinking on disconnecting my stock sub and putting a 10" JL Audio or Alpine in the trunk. But I want to run my stock amp. But the thing is I don't know how much the stock amp can put out. I know the stock sub is only 40W. I was hoping the stock amp will be able to handle a 100W-200W sub. If you guys know please let me know.

Sub channel is 100 watts I believe. At 2ohms. It's probably not the cleanest 100 either. I would highly suggest LOC with amp over the factory amp.

This info is on here if you search btw...

It will never work. You're going to cut the power in half with the 4ohm sub and most factory speakers are more efficient than aftermarket so you're going to lose volume there as well. There's a small chance it might sound cleaner but going from a 2-ohm super efficient infinite baffle setup to a inefficient sealed setup is not going to work on stock power.
