My wife and have decided we need the new..07.. TL...it is everything we want.
Test drove one at the local dealer but the sales rep was new on the job. She could not answer a few questions and couldn't find the answer.
Maybe you guys can.
We both have Bluetooth phones...can we both use them in the car. What happens when we are both in the car and we both get calls at the same time?
Can you program the voice recoginition so we can both use it or will it recognize
only one voice?
Is there a list of the 44 cities where the traffic alerts are active? Jow does that work?
Thanks!!

1) the voice recognition works with any person's voice- it's not like voice recognition software, such that the car's system has to be trained- there is no training program.
2) up to 6 phones can be paired to the car's Bluetooth phone, but only one can be used at a time. Therefore, (I believe), if you are on your phone via HFL (Hands Free Link), and your wife receives a call, she would need to use her handset to answer it. Conversely, if she receives a call and answers via HFL, you would need to use your handset. Go to Acura.com to the Bluetooth phone mini site- there is a list of compatible phones there.
3) I have no answer, but likely the dealer would be able to give you a list of cities. I also have a Cadillac CTS with navi, and traffic data can be fed to the Nav. system via XM radio signal, but it's a subscription service (I think at $3.99/mo). My 06 TL with Nav doesn't support the traffic feature.
