I have a 2005 TL and I'm looking into adapters right now for my iPhone 3g and have been focusing on these two units. From what I can tell they are identical with the exception that it appears I have steering wheel control with the Neo. I could be wrong though and both allow me to because it's just like running a CD or radio.

Nonetheless, I'm interested in hearing from people who have looked into units and these specifically and what they think. I appreciate the feedback!!
