NEED help! XM to sirius
Anyone else with this problem???!!!
NEED help! XM to sirius
About a month ago I converted my xm-sirius. I used the HONSC1 and the plug and play module (Since I have a P&P and I am a life time member since 2007, no more fees for me!). So far it has been working great! My problem is the audio is flat. I discovered this about a week ago when trying to play a song with more bass and I got nothing. I turned all the EQ settings up and then blasted the volume to 40. Still nothing, still flat. But then I was going to change the channel and hit the same presets button I was already one and BAM I had loud music. But it wasn’t loud for long it lasted maybe 2-3sec then went flat again. If I keep hitting the same preset button it goes loud than flat(quite) but won’t stay on. Has anyone else experienced this? DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION FOR IT? PLEASE I NEED HELP.
INFO: I have the HONSC1 plugged into the back of the head unit on the driver side. Then I ran the wire for the Plug and play unit to the trunk for a stock look. I am not using the stock antenna since I have not been able to bring myself to pay more the convert wire then I did for the whole set-up! I was also going to upgrade the stock speakers, but want to figure this out first. Any help would be much appreciated!
cheers
