So long time viewer and first time poster,,
I have a 2005 tl W/ navi (65000km) and the upper display above the navi screen wont display any information but at night you are able to tell that the back light is on, this happened right after i brought it home from bestbuy after having a iPod cable installed.



I really need this fixed as it is winter and i cant tell what the climate control is even at, the onlyy way to get heat is through the front window defroster.

Every thing else works...

They may have forgot to plug it back in after they removed it. The dsplay/vents pop straight out toward you. Search on how to remove it if you are uncomfortable but be careful if you pry the sides off to make sure you don't mark the dash. Once out, check and see if all plugs are connected....I bet one is not.
