no problem with the english. To the left of the guages, you will see a max and min button. TURN ON HEADLIGHTS AND THEN PRESS LEFT ARROW ON MAX/Min button.

i let my lights on all the time is that the problem

if you keep your headlights on all the time, then you cant fix it forever, just turn down the brightness in the night and press max in the day.

on automatic, no. but if you leave your headlights on 24 hours a day, then yes.
