Navi update 3.60 or greater

Hey Guys: I am looking for the Navi DVD upgrade version 3.60 or greater. I live in CT and on the 3.60 update they did the entire state of CT. Any info would be greatly apprecaited. Thanks

Yeah I know I could order the newest version but I don't need that version for that price - was looking for an older version I just want the one with the CT updates.
