Im new at this, im owner of a TL 2007, non navi

I did a swap from non navi to navi 07 TL

Radio and sub (a/c) display works fine.

The navi display works it shows only the radio part with radio settings

Now

I'm a little lost here,
It came with a white DVD 4.55A it says US and Canada
Ok , correct me if im wrong, It wont work here in PR 🇵🇷 Y need the CD Update form a diler here in PR , im getting it next week

But here is my question
I reed form the manuals that I have to agree with the disclamer in order to have access to all the settings
But when I turn on the system it show the ACURA GLOBAL LOGO and then it says VEHICLE OUT OF COVEREGE BATABASE AREA and it wont show any maps or the rest of the settings or the disclamer in order to agrre

Is there a way to to gains access to all settings or reset the navi ?
Or the new update CD will solve thie issue?

Or it something wrong with the system?

If some one can help me, I will be very grateful

After doing some research, I manage to get the project done.

this info. Is for those who live or planning to move to Puerto Rico

here in PR we have TL 04-08 non navi
only the TL-S sold in PR came with navi and a special CD that covers PR .
Those CDs are made only for type s, and you have to get it form the Acura PR

in my case my TL its base model I did the installation my self, i bought it from ebay , bought the Puerto Rico maps CD

what I did is use the cancel+map guide+menu to change the location on the menu

and it work fine

I have the same problem with my 06 TL and in the local acura service center in Puerto Rico they claim there is no dvd update for my navi. Does anyone has the part number or know if the 2009 update will work in my 2006?
