Unfortunately, no.
Your other options would be to buy a 07/08 DVD drive which uses the white disk.

Alternatively you can use your phone on a mount, a portable GPS, or a tablet.
I'm sure your bought your navi TL model to use its navigation, though - I'm just covereing all bases because im SURE someone will tell you to use either of those options I stated above, saying something about "how the oem navi sucks anyways".
