NAV & Sat Radio in Mountains?
I'm heading through Colorado this October and was wondering how reliable is the Navigation and Satellite radio operation in the Rocky mountains? I depend on it for trips and continuous music but if there are problems, I'll plan accordingly. Thanks.

Living In Colorado and doing quite a bit of driving in the mountains, there are few spots where you may lose XM signal and GPS. If you lose satellite contact, the system will do it's best "dead reckoning" to keep you on track based on your last position & current speed.
If you plan to do most of you're travelling on I-70, about the only trouble spots will Glenwood Canyon & the Eisenhower Tunnel (obviously ) Other than that you should have pretty reliable coverage.
You picked a great time to visit as well. You be treated to some spectacular views in the fall with the color change and mountain backdrops!
