my first mod was my oem accord fog conversion and now this audio project.

so here is a teaser of all the stuff i have gotten together still missing some stuff but most of it is there, the picture only. ill go into detail when i start the install. all i can say for now is that it really took a bite in my wallet, a 80 dollar project of just getting my ipod to play with my car turned to a project that i dont even want to disclose of the price yet.

well, its not full ipod integration yet=\ since theres no way for me to get text and video from the ipod to the car at one time. im just using the piex3 and doms with the composite cable for the iphone. im basically getting my idea from all the other acurazine member like Elegant

started on the headrest after i made this post. it took me 4 hrs and i messed up on one.


what do u guys think? should i redo the right one? aka get another headrest and redo the install =[. its my first time ever doing this kind of work.

Man you have guts, I was crying big tears just by pulling the aluminum trim to run some wires to the console... Every flex a few more tears then I got to the part by the navi screen and it wouldn't release and I could see the plastic of the navi flexing, so I added heart palpitations to my tears...

I did redid the headrest. i went out and got another one =\. i wanted it to look perfect
i was going to install this yesterday but then i the ups man didnt show up with my video amplifier for the two headrest. hopefully he will show up tomorrow. the install will be sometime this week! its such a itch having all these parts ready for install but i cant install it yet =[
in the meantime i was making my switchblade key to keep my mod madness happy =]

nguy4024: i guess and cut. it was my first time =\. then i had to make a backing plate as the rod didnt go high enough =[. i dont have any other pic. i do however have a picture of it when i cut it lol.
