That is gonna sound really good!
Can you still hear 5.1 DVD-Audio music ?
Is that what the 360 does?

The Rockford Fosgate 3Sixty.2 is a signal processor with equalization for six channels, so yeah, i'll retain the 5.1 sound

How much money have you invested in your TL?
I'm jealous you have one of the cleanest TL-S that I have seen in Acurazine and now you are doing the sound system anybody would kill for!!!!!
How can you afford all the things you do man and where did you learn to do such a clean install? I got a mortgage, two car payments and two kids, so modding my car is kind of difficult!

So what's better; tapping the 3sixty2 (or any other RCA converter) into the speaker signals BEFORE or AFTER the stock amp? Could bypassing the stock amp deliver a cleaner signal?

rockford fosgate recomends that you take the signal after the oem amp, not gonna question them they made the damn thing. people have taken the signal straight from the stock head unit with no issues, i dont know if the sound/signal would be better.

you have to push the driver side of it toward the passengers side at the base where it connects. there's a small bar holding it in there, once you push it enough lift it the other side then just comes out. put it back the same way

Jaime, you ditching the spare or raising the trunk floor? looks like ur raising. those amps look pretty compact, which is great. not a lot of trunk space to sacrifice.

You should throw in some ambient cool-blue lighting around those amps to top it off! Kinda how I had my old 2nd gen;

but with those bulky-ass amps, I had to ditch the spare

i raised the floor about 3" took the spare out months ago. the amps are still lower, so the spare would have had to come out anyway. i mainly raised it cuz i wanted to place the 3sixty and navi units to the sides. imma dress-up the navi unit a bit so it doesnt look so boring. white leds is what i had in mind for ambient lighting.

i going to put my focus on all the little details i still have left to do, thats what makes things unique and stand out. when you could look at something and say WOW! he really took his time and went that extra mile.

although i really dont have that much time i need to finish this before the meet next month. it's gonna be tight!

made the sub box have to order some 3/4" plexi for the back. cut out the spot for it in the false wall, cut out some JL symbols which will be wrapped in speaker grill cloth. im trying guys it's hard for me to work on this thing i work the graveyard shift, so i have to sleep some of the day. i go to the gym alot and now the NBA playoffs are on. i have to cut one of those things out to make time. work?

are you planning to use any special carpeting? I'm close to done with the basics of my setup but I need to wrap up with the 'dressings'. I think I'm going buy one new color of black and recarpet the whole trunk. I'll go nuts trying to match honda cloth perfectly.

i got some charcoal colored carpet, here's pic of it farther away to compare with the existing trunk liner, with the flash it looks off but in person it matches pretty well i was gonna do the whole trunk but when i compared them it was good enough for me and im super anal

well, i guess i'm super duper anal. now i feel strange after that comment.....

anyway, i tried matching but i just can't let it go. either the color is just slightly off or the fabric has a different weave to it and the way it lays, the shadowing makes the colors not match. I can't have that shit. Plus, from what I can tell, the trunk lid liner and the flooring and then the trunk liner all have a bit of different color. I think just redoing the entire visible trunk areas will let me sleep. haha. i'm very picky i guess.

your setup looks pretty clean. i should have raised my floor to do something like that but i'm done with the designing stage. i take it the amps for your's are where the spare use to be right? i'm still hoping to save mine. but space is becoming limited.

What are you using to send a video signal to the Nesa monitors?

Trew... the Pioneer DVD player has an external controlling box... it has extra video outputs that have sufficient power to send to those monitors...

im using this mva4 video amplifier you could hook up to 4 monitors to one signal.

im doing another single 7" monitor in the rear, gonna try to make a custom console for it out of fiberglass then wrap it in vinyl, will be my first attempt at fiberglassing. wish me luck

i seen that rod, but i thought by using the unit in "stand alone mode" that only one video output usable.

Thanks guys. My Alpine TME-M780 headrest monitors came with a controller box like that, but the stupid thing has only 1 output and I need that for my NAVI screen.

Does the Nesa MVA4 box amplify the signal as well? Can I get this or the Pioneer box Rodney is referring to by itself?

All I need is one more output for a tv I'm getting for the inside of the trunk lid. I'm going to flank it with 2 6 1/2 coaxials.
