Loud pop from speakers, CD stuck, any fixes?
I've had this happen before but competely forgot about it till this morning when I was about 10 mins from work and it happened again.
While listening to a local radio station, the speakers made a very, very loud popping noise (like if you connected a mini cable into a speaker jack while it was on) and it switched from AM/FM to AUX on it's own. So, I switched it back to AM/FM and it did it again. It kept popping every 10 seconds and switching to AUX. I unplugged my iPod from the AUX and hoped that'd help but it didn't help any.
Another issue I have is one involving the cd player. There's a cd that's been stuck in the console for about 7 months now. I put it in one day, it wouldn't eject, wouldn't let me flip through the tracts, won't even let me select the CD button. You can hear the cd cycling and I've tried to look in the slot to see what's going on and it "feels" like there's a gate up in front of the disc. Is there a way to reset the stereo to get it to spit the disc out?
Any info on either of these problems would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
