Looking to purchase a (somewhat) current NAVIGATION DISK... Help??

Hey guys,
Noob here. Just bought an 04' TL last weekend. Wow, did someone neglect this poor thing. Anyways, I've been ordering parts left and right, trying to get this thing back in good condition. While driving this car home from Cleveland, OH I discovered the navigation system is.. well, still the version that came when the car was new in 04' (neglect). Question is: Does anyone have a newer version that would sell me?? Would like to get as new as possible, but I know they are hard to come by. Anyways, any help, or possibly pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated!! Thanks!
