installed this: navtool, blitz a/v input, dvd player and back up cam at some local stereo shop. everything came out fine but the audio when playing dvd's is horrible. sounds muffled. stereo shop advised they hooked up their ipod without dvd player and sound quality was fine but through dvd player is bad. the dvd player is a Tview DVD360HD. they said i got a cheap dvd player so i should buy something better if i want better sound. any advice? any help would be great, thanks.

 

I'd try it with a different source and see for yourself, but yes, that is a cheap dvd player and I would guess the audio output from it probably sucks.
